This Mid-Autumn Festival, Mia Luxury Collection honors two precious heritages of the nation – the quintessence of Vietnamese hands and the quintessence of Vietnamese feasts – through the “Nguyet Cam – Moonlit Brocade” cake box collection, fully converging in a bright gift of the reunion season.

This year’s collection of Mia Luxury Collection introduces a cylindrical cake box with an elegant bamboo handle – highlighting the iconic beauty of Mia Saigon: the image of a sophisticated woman, both traditional, elegant, and modern, carrying a gift of love.
The starting point for this year’s design is mother-of-pearl inlay – the art of mother-of-pearl inlay with its cradle in Chuon Ngo village, Chuyen My commune, Hanoi, where artisans have preserved and passed down the essence for nearly a thousand years. Dressed in luxurious jet black, the cake box is adorned with delicate floral motifs and gilded butterfly wings, expressed through the characteristic iridescent effect of mother of pearl. Each pattern resembles pieces of mother-of-pearl, meticulously shaped by skillful hands, so that each surface becomes a work that will never be repeated.
Flavors – a journey of quintessence in three regions
Since 2019, the Mia Luxury Collection mooncake brand has affirmed the mark of sophisticated craftsmanship. Each cake is created by the skillful hands of pastry chefs at Mia Saigon Hotel, with carefully selected ingredients and traditional methods kept intact.
This year, each cake is a destination on a flavor journey throughout Vietnam – from the Northwest highlands, the lotus ponds of Dong Thap, to the royal kitchen of Hue and the sunny garden of Cam Lam – together painting a picture of the proud culinary quintessence of the S-shaped strip of land.
Northwestern Kitchen Wagyu Beef: The rich flavor of Wagyu beef smoked over the stove in the way of the Northwest highlanders, bringing a warm, smoky flavor and delicate depth to each grain of the bread.
Dong Thap Lotus Cinnamon: Dong Thap lotus seeds are rich in flavor mixed with the sweet scent of cinnamon flowers, evoking the elegance and peace of the Southern land.
Cam Lam mango: Cam Lam mango flavor is sweet and fresh like the sunshine and wind of Khanh Hoa sea, bringing a feeling of lightness and radiance.
