Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel officially introduced the new look of Floor 23 in the launch event titled “High Above Saigon – Sublimation on the High Floor of the City”, with the attendance of press representatives, partners and loyal customers. Level 23 is the hotel’s high-rise destination, located above Dong Khoi street, bringing together three signature experiences in one private address: Altitude 23 (celebration space), Summit (the highest conference and event space in Dong Khoi) and Hai Bar (the highest rooftop bar in Dong Khoi).
The launch event of the new look of Floor 23 on June 26, 2026 marks a new milestone on the 23-year development journey.
The launch event took place on the occasion of the hotel entering its 23rd year of presence at 88 Dong Khoi – a meaningful coincidence between the number of floors, the age of the hotel and the name of the new destination. In this repositioning, Altitude 23 continues the celebration story with 360-degree views of the city, while Summit and Hai Bar are two newly completely redesigned highlights, representing two parallel needs of modern customers: a place to meet effectively on a high floor, and a place to enjoy the city as the day ends.

The launch of the 23rd Floor reflects a shift in the way people meet and connect. Summit is a private conference and event space that has just been completely upgraded on the 23rd Floor of Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel, positioned as the highest conference and event space in Dong Khoi. Designed for focus and flexibility, Summit combines quiet privacy, natural light and uninterrupted skyline views, with panoramic views of Nguyen Hue walking street, Bitexco building and the city’s sunset moments.

Summit is planned as a flexible conference complex with five spaces: Grand Summit (197 m², consolidated from Summit 1, 2 and 3 — maximum capacity of 212 guests in theater style, 180 guests for cocktail parties or 160 guests for round table parties), Summit 4 (90 m², maximum 80 theater guests) and Summit Boardroom (28 m², for high-level meetings of up to 14 people). Summit rooms 1, 2, 3 can be operated independently or combined in pairs, allowing for plenary sessions, group sessions and social spaces to be held on the same floor at the same time.

Two Bars is a brand new rooftop cocktail meeting place on Floor 23, positioned as the highest rooftop bar in Dong Khoi. Open from 5:00 p.m. daily, Hai Bar is located high above the city, combining open space, natural breezes and sweeping views of the City Opera House, Notre Dame Cathedral, Saigon River and Ba Son Bridge — creating a lively destination from sunset to late night.

Name Two Bars carries three levels of meaning: “Two, Three” — the number 23 in Vietnamese; “High Bar” — the feeling of standing on a high floor in the city; and 23 — the very floor where the restaurant is located.
The experience at Hai Bar is led by a collection of 23 signature cocktails – a “flavor map” of Vietnam, crafted from local ingredients, locally brewed wine and contemporary mixing techniques. From Northern spices, Central herbs to Southern fruits and flavors, each cocktail tells a story about the land and identity of Vietnam, told in the language of modern mixology.
Located adjacent to Summit and Altitude 23 on the same floor, Hai Bar also plays a special role in the event itinerary: the city’s enchanting sunset moment becomes a natural backdrop for welcome cocktail parties, post-conference networking parties or pre-gala aperitifs. A conference at Summit can close with a sunset cocktail at Hai Bar — a complete journey without guests needing to leave Level 23.

Altitude 23 — Celebration party on the upper floor
Completing the ecosystem on Floor 23, Altitude 23 continues to be an intimate party space for weddings, milestones and private occasions above the city. Spanning 260 m² with 360-degree views of Saigon, Altitude 23 welcomes up to 150 guests for round table parties, 150 guests for cocktail parties or 200 guests theater style — the ideal size for intimate weddings, celebrations and private soirées, where each party has its own signature: formal, private and surrounded by the city skyline.

Altitude 23 is also the place with the thickest memories of Floor 23. This space was once known as Night Spot — one of Saigon’s iconic nightclubs in the hotel’s early years. That heritage is respectfully “reborn and carefully preserved” in the new chapter: intact the liberal retro spirit and exchange energy of the golden age, now recreated into a unique, personality-rich space for social parties, weddings and meetings on the upper floors – where the most beautiful memories of the city’s joy continue to live in a new form.
The architecture itself tells that story. The center of the space is an impressive two-story circular skylight, with a sculptural chandelier hanging through the oval opening. The mezzanine balcony embraces the entire circle, allowing guests on the upper floor to look down at the party below – the “round stage” inherited from its days as a nightclub – while the large staircase connecting the two floors seems to be born for solemn appearances: the bride’s footsteps or the appearance of the main character on the party night. Sky-high glass windows with arched windows rising straight up frame the Bitexco tower and the skyline — turning the city itself into the backdrop for every party.
