Marking the 15-year milestone of preserving and spreading the spirit of Vietnamese culture through cuisine, Quan Bui Group officially introduces Quan Bui Heritage, located at 16 Tran Cao Van Street, Saigon Ward. Quan Bui Heritage, including the spaces of Com Nieu Quan Bui, stiickyThai and Nhau Bui, is an emotional, iconic new chapter of the brand, marking a journey of maturity and continuing the journey of preserving the values of Vietnamese meals.
Built from the inspiration of Indochina beauty and memories of Saigon in the 1990s, Quan Bui recreates a space where people can temporarily put aside the hustle and bustle outside to find the peaceful, familiar feeling of a “home-cooked atmosphere”.
Born in 2011 with the simple desire to bring family meals with warm Vietnamese flavors in the heart of the city, Quan Bui started from the love of the culture of gathering around a tray of rice – a simple image but becoming increasingly precious in the pace of modern life. From a space reminiscent of old Saigon, Quan Bui’s culinary journey gradually expands along the S-shaped strip of land, bringing diners to explore the specialties of three regions in the spirit of a reunion meal.

From that spirit, the 10th branch – Quan Bui Heritage was born as a space that recounts its journey in the language of architecture, design, contemporary art and cultural stories rich in memories. A space of “heritage”

Inspired by the beauty of Indochina and the spirit of the Vietnamese family, Quan Bui Heritage is designed as a journey to discover heritage through many layers of space spanning three floors, with an airy rooftop area and a system of VIP rooms for private meetings.
Right from the first floor, diners will immediately encounter Vietnamese cultural values introduced very naturally: from the Sa Dec pottery counter bearing the mark of the craft village; Ngoc Duy traditional fish sauce, pure from Ca Na sea (Ninh Thuan) – the soul of many dishes at Quan Bui Group; to the display area of gift products and seasonal merchandise collections, including festive gift baskets developed as a way to spread the spirit of Vietnamese gifts.
The most emotional highlight of the space is 15-year Memory Wall of Quan Bui. Typical images, milestones and stories are recreated as a visual memoir, taking diners back to the brand’s development journey.

The story of the menu that honors the flavors of all three regions
The menu at Quan Bui Heritage is a colorful spectrum with many levels of flavors, introducing dozens of flavors from all over Vietnam, harmoniously balanced between local agricultural products, fresh seafood and meats.
