VinFast opens 20 official electric motorbike dealerships across Indonesia, with opening ceremonies scheduled to take place from July 19 to 25 in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, Palembang and Makassar.
VinFast, the Vietnam-based electric vehicle (EV) manufacturer, said it has opened 20 official electric motorbike dealerships across Indonesia, with opening ceremonies scheduled to take place from July 19 to 25 in Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Yogyakarta, Medan, Palembang and Makassar.
After the product launch in Jakarta on July 18, VinFast said that its Evo, Feliz II and Viper models will have two options: own the battery or rent the battery according to the package.
The company also said V-Green , its infrastructure partner, will offer a free battery exchange service for one year, limited to 20 battery exchanges per month per motorbike.
This deployment expands VinFast’s existing presence in Indonesia and is not the company’s first launch in this market.
The company entered the country’s electric scooter market in February 2026 and said it plans to establish hundreds of authorized dealers and service workshops nationwide this year.
