Following the brilliant success of the 2023 collaboration, two leading brands TAG Heuer and Team Ikuzawa Continue to join hands to bring a new masterpiece of time imbued with speed.
After the collaboration that created a fever on high-end forums, Swiss watch brand TAG Heuer and Japanese sports car icon Team Ikuzawa officially reunited with the new Carrera Chronograph watch model.
To create the new TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Team Ikuzawa watch, the creative team turned to the Roadmaster chronograph – a precious heritage preserved in the Team Ikuzawa archives and famous for its bold graphic language and extremely sharp display.
TAG Heuer’s unique 39 mm Carrera Glassbox dome design opens up a clear view of the dial and curved edges. The time machine is protected in a matte brushed steel case combined with sophisticated polishing, featuring two alternating red and white shades on the Clou de Paris embossed dial background, the legendary identifying color of Team Ikuzawa. Bright red is present on the glossy hour and minute hands, the central chronograph seconds hand and the date display disc. Meanwhile, pure white covers the dial background and minute graduations. Instead of using traditional embossed numbers, the manufacturer chose to directly print the indexes, further deepening the historical connection with the classic Roadmaster model.
The new watch model’s operating power comes from the in-house TH20-10 movement, which specifically does not integrate a sub-dial displaying the usual second hand. This choice was purposeful: TAG Heuer’s chronograph lines in the 1960s and 1970s often left space on the dial for sponsors, partners and the racing teams themselves to make their mark. That tradition continues when the Team Ikuzawa logo is solemnly placed right at the 6 o’clock corner. Flipping open the sapphire glass back, viewers can admire the unique identification numbers of each watch, along with the intricately engraved details of Team Ikuzawa and Bamford Watch Department.

Team Ikuzawa was founded in 1981 as a Japanese racing team, under the vision of famous racing driver Tetsu Ikuzawa. This legend has an extremely impressive track record: he won the 1964 Japan Grand Prix on a Skyline GT and was the first Japanese racer to compete in the harsh Le Mans 24 Hours race in 1967, along with countless other noble titles.
The TAG Heuer Carrera Chronograph x Team Ikuzawa watch model is produced in limited quantities of only 150 pieces worldwide, with a listed price of 10,500 USD (about 266 million VND). With its rarity and heritage appeal, this is definitely a time machine that will quickly be sought after by collectors.
