Here, the Four Seasons brand has just launched the first Beachfront Yacht Villa designed by Brooklyn-based Guerin Glass Architects.

The swimming pools are arranged to act as a highlight for both the front and back of the mansion. In the front, an L-shaped water feature embraces the seating area on the second floor; while the rear pool and spa feature an outdoor kitchen and covered relaxation space, warmed by an outdoor fireplace.
Modern nautical style interior is a harmonious combination of light wood, natural stone and relaxing marine colors. An oversized semicircular sofa centers the living room, where an elegant bar with see-through shelving cleverly separates this space from the formal dining room.
The open-plan kitchen area and daily dining space are located a few stairs higher, creating a delicate separation between the entertainment and reception spaces.
The guest bedrooms bring a sense of peace, all opening out to a private porch or balcony. Meanwhile, the bunk bedroom with double beds provides spacious space for both children and adults.
