To celebrate the inauguration of a new watch factory in Plan-les-Ouates (Geneva), Patek Philippe launched a limited edition Calatrava watch, finished from stainless steel with a unique design, promising to captivate watch enthusiasts around the world.
The tradition of launching limited edition watches to mark important events in the company’s history is a beautiful feature of Patek Philippe culture. To celebrate the official opening of the PP6 workshop, a milestone in the creation, development and production of Patek Philippe watches, the company has reaffirmed its position by launching the Calatrava watch model with an extremely new size and design style.
Excellent expression of timeless beauty, Ref. 6007A-001 Calatrava attracts all eyes with its 40mm diameter case finished from polished steel – a material rarely used in Patek Philippe collections. The gray-blue satin-covered frame gently wraps around the central face decorated with a characteristic carbon pattern, highlighted by a set of Arabic numerals and luminous white gold baton hands. At the 3 o’clock position is a small window displaying the date.
